Based on the internally validated tools landscape setup design, a tools migration strategy and implementation plan is prepared and shared with the Client.
Strategy of tools migration is developed along with Client to ensure that there is minimal impact on the current operations at the same time the implementation can be achieved with in the overall transition timeline. Tools Subject Matter Expert in collaboration with the Service Delivery Processes Lead, Engagement Manager (Transition), delivery stakeholders and Client stakeholders promotes the strategy for migration.
Based on the agreed strategy a detailed implementation plan is prepared to capture the following details:
Once the drafted plan is internally aligned with Engagement Manager (Transition) and service delivery stakeholders, it is published to Client stakeholders for their review and acceptance. In order to baseline the implementation plan, a joint review is held with Client and Capgemini stakeholders. Engagement Manager (Transition) and Service Delivery Processes Lead needs to be part of this review to facilitate concurrence with Client. |
